2. Our Products
Sacred Remedies LLC sells menstrual pads for women made from hemp fiber and other textile materials.
Our products are offered in 3 sizes: Regular, Thin, and Night.
Unless explicitly stated on the product packaging, our pads do not contain CBD, THC, Delta-8, Delta-9, or any cannabinoids. They are hemp fiber textile products only, not hemp extract products. They contain no active drugs.
Our pads are textile products for external menstrual hygiene use only. They are not disposable, not medical devices, and not intended for internal use.
3. FDA Disclaimer & No Medical Advice
Statements regarding our hemp pads have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Information is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, history of Toxic Shock Syndrome, frequent infections, sensitive skin, or are postpartum, please consult your OB/GYN or healthcare provider before using menstrual products.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience irritation, discomfort, or allergic reaction.
4. Eligibility - 18+ Only
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you affirm that you are of legal age and that it is legal for you to purchase and receive hemp fiber textile products in your jurisdiction.
5. Hemp Compliance
Our hemp fiber is sourced in compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). It is your responsibility to ensure hemp textile products are legal in your city, county, and state. We do not ship to any jurisdiction where such products are prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for compliance reasons.
6. Orders, Pricing & Inventory
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
7. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Sacred Remedies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
8. Hygiene Policy - Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of menstrual pads, for health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, washed, worn, or used.
We offer exchanges for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for size exchanges (e.g., Regular to Night). Customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Upon approval, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, packaging design, and artwork is the property of Sacred Remedies LLC and protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Sacred Remedies LLC, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to allergic reaction, skin irritation, or personal injury. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 30 days prior to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for larger bundles - please provide a physical address.It is your responsibility to ensure hemp textile menstrual pads are legal in your state and locality.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground / UPS Ground): 3-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2-3 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sacred Remedies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will require you to pay for reshipping. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Check your mailbox / leasing office
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark delivered early
If it is still missing after 48 hours, email us at . We will work with the carrier to locate it. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY - HYGIENE PRODUCT Due to the nature of our products as intimate, menstrual hygiene products, our return policy is strict for your safety and the safety of future customers.
5. Our Hygiene Policy
We CANNOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any product that has been opened, washed, worn, or used. No exceptions. This is an FDA and health code requirement for menstrual products. For your health, we cannot resell any opened hygiene product.
6. Unopened Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can be tricky. We allow size exchanges for unopened, unused, unwashed products in original sealed packaging.
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Email with your order number and which size you want (Regular, Thin, Night)
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.
- Once we receive the unopened item, we will ship your new size. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items are inspected. If we find any sign of use, washing, or opening of the inner sealed packaging, the return will be denied and the product will not be shipped back.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
We stand behind the quality of Sacred Remedies pads. If you receive a defective product (sewing defect, snaps not working), damage in transit, or the wrong size/product:
- Email within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage
- Do not wash or use the defective item
If approved, we will send a prepaid return label (if needed) and immediately ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method if replacement is not available.

9. Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear.
